It looks to be a decent table, lots of cast iron, including both extension wings and a nice new blade. Turned out when I got there that it was a Rockwell 34-345 saw which uses a tiny 11 3/8 circumference timing belt complete with 59 teeth. When the table is set,adjust the moveable pointer ( 19 ) to the zero mark on the tilt angle scale on the front trunnion,and it will then indicate the correct tilt degrees. I didn’t think it was a big deal as V belts are plentiful and a contractor saw for 50 is a great deal. Turning the screw up or down enables the table to be set square when set,it is locked with the nut ( 26 ).Īlways set the table square with the top pin in place on the screw. Motor runs well, wired for 220, but can be changed to run on 110. I was out yard saleing last weekend and was able to pick up an old Rockwell/Delta table saw for 20 Its been sitting for a while and its not working, but it looks entirely restorable and should be a hell of a lot better than the old ryobi hand-me-down tablesaw ive got right now. Machine has been cleaned, lubed and painted. The screw ( 25 ) is set at the factory to bring the table square with the blade,but this should be checked before the machine is used to ensure that the setting has not been disturbed in shipping. to ajust the side of the blade square to the table or if it's about getting the back of the blade square with the table,but anyhow here is an extract of what is written about setting the table square with the blade in my 28-200 instruction manual. I'm not sure if I get your question correct,i.e.
